The paleo ‘diet’ commonly called “The Cave Man Diet” is basically eating foods that our ancestors ate. It is free of grains, soy, dairy, corn, lentils, legumes, and some starches. Paleo staples include: Meats, Veggies, Nuts, Fruits, and Sweet potato. Of course, as we live in a modern society, many paleo food options have been modified for our modern tastes, like Paleo Friendly Bread!

For starters, it is grain free, gluten free, and non-gmo. Foods that aren’t have been known to create issues for many, including inflammation and fatigue (to just name a couple). Eco-paleo bread has no preservatives, dyes, or hidden sweeteners that are often found in regular shelf bread.

Being made from nut flours and dense, slower digesting foods, you stay fuller longer. Avoiding the crash and sluggish feeling that traditional breads often give.

Each slice has 9 grams of total carbs, and 4 grams of net carbs.

Our fresh baked bread will stay frozen for 3-6 months, once thawed it will stay fresh on the counter for 4-5 days and 8-10 days in the fridge.

We make the bread in small batches, leaving no room for waste and our baking tins are recycled. We are also in the process of switching to biodegradable bags, hang tight!

Eco-Paleo bread is “autoimmune friendly” meaning the autoimmune trigger foods listed above are not in our products, but we are NOT AIP (autoimmune protocol diet). Our bread does however fit in with the re-introduction phase for those that not intolerant to eggs, almonds, or flax seeds.
